Lane Seratt finishes third in Winged Nationals opener

Lane Seratt and his Finley, Tennessee-based team made the trip to Doe Run Raceway in Missouri over Labor Day weekend for the two-day Freedom of Speech Outlaw Therapy Winged Nationals.

Seratt kicked off the weekend with a strong performance on Friday, racing to a third-place finish in a competitive Outlaw Micro field, trailing only Cody Key and Brant Woods.

Returning on Saturday, Seratt was locked into the dash, where he finished sixth, setting him up for a solid run in the feature. He was battling inside the top five when contact with a lapped car ended his night early, bringing a disappointing close to an otherwise promising weekend.
